By accessing this website and/or booking or participating in services offered by Be Still Sound Spa (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website or participate in services.

Be Still Sound Spa provides wellness services including, but not limited to:

• Private and group sound baths
• Chakra weighted tuning fork sessions
• Non-weighted Solfeggio tuning fork sessions
• Biofield tuning
• Bija seed chanting
• Crystal pyramid sound healing sessions

All services are intended to support relaxation and general well-being.

These services are not medical care, mental health treatment, physical therapy, or any other licensed healthcare service. 

The information provided on this website and during sessions is for educational and wellness purposes only.

Be Still Sound Spa does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Sound healing and energy-based practices are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. You are encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding any physical or mental health concerns.

By booking or participating in services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating in services.
• You assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
• You will inform the practitioner of any relevant health conditions prior to your session.
• You will seek medical clearance if you have concerns about participation.

You understand that results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Sound healing sessions may involve vibrations, sound frequencies, meditation, and periods of stillness.

If you have any of the following conditions, you must consult a healthcare provider before participating:

• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Pregnancy
• Pacemaker or implanted medical devices
• Severe mental health conditions
• Recent surgery or injury
• Sound sensitivity disorders

Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Be Still Sound Spa and its owner, Amanda Neal, from any and all liability, claims, damages, or injuries arising out of or related to participation in services.

You acknowledge that complementary wellness services involve inherent risks and you voluntarily assume those risks.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be charged the full session fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
• In the event that Be Still Sound Spa must cancel, you will be offered rescheduling or a refund.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, and logos, is the property of Be Still Sound Spa and may not be reproduced without written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Personal information collected through booking forms or contact forms is used solely for communication, scheduling, and business purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information except as required by law.
